Real easy to find out the times they open and close but tou cant find out what time they start answering the phones.
They never answer the phone or return phone calls and if you question them about it they act like they don't know what you're talking about. The case workers have no clue what they're doing. Instead of telling you ALL the paperwork you need, they tell you one at a time and you're constantly back and forth because it's one more piece of paperwork and then they need something else and then something else and then something else. Typical government workers.
The State of Alabama DHR system is designed to help you fail!!! Especially Russell County DHR. The workers tend to react off of personal feelings. If you upset them be prepared for them to put your case off until the very last minute. They don't communicate with you at all. They make you feel worthlesss and they don't give a ...... about your situation.
They rip familes apart and dont help anyone. They make people out too be bad parnets when they are really not and They are break their own laws and mess children up for life mentality and emotionally.
They do not care about these kids. They are only there for a paycheck. Meanwhile kids are left in dangerous situations.
