Great visit! Did not have an appointment, just walked right in! Both the lady and gentlemen who I spoke with and saw others speak with were extremely kind and helpful!
I was afraid to come to this place given all the bad reviews. But I had a good experience. Had the first appointment in the morning along with my husband and they took us right away. Was greeted pleasantly and we were both in and out within 20min with our new Alabama licenses.
They may not answer their phones but if you have concerns or questions they will answer them in no time on Google review! Awesome customer service, and professional! 5 stars
I remember coming here once over 10 years ago to get my very first license and leaving empty handed. Then we started going all the way to Opelika. But today, I went back to this office because it's down the road from work and I'm glad I did. I had a very pleasant experience. I was in and out withing like 15 minutes. There were three wonderful ladies there who were very nice and honestly I've never left a government office feeling this good about it. 11/10 would recommend.
I have dealt with this location for many years and never had a problem. I also wanted to give a shout out to the gentleman that assisted my daughter with her road test you were absolutely awesome, you made her not so anxious. Also the lady that did her first road test too. You guys are super kind.. Thanks
