I’ve used Brian’s Rug service for a number of years. He is always courteous and professional. He does an awesome job on all the different rugs I have including orientals, my handmade rugs from Morocco, not too expensive rugs that I just like, and this last time a bound piece of carpet that need heavy duty cleaning.nHe gives me a quote when he picks up. Pick up and delivery service is really important as I get older and my knees get worse.nI highly recommend this business!!
Everyone who knows me knows how much I love oriental rugs and dogs. Sometimes accidents happen and always before it stressed me out. No longer. Brian’s rug care provides quality service and reasonable prices. I had a hundred year old oriental that I cherished and one of the dogs urinated on it. I called Brian and he agreed to take it and clean it. I never would have imagined how beautiful it came out. I probably would have thrown it out even though I loved it. Thank you Brian for your excellent service. That rug may last another hundred years! He has also done some excellent repairs to rugs that were coming apart. Thanks again.
They picked up the rugs and cleaned them, and delivered them back to us all nice and clean two weeks later. They helped move the furniture back into place. All done courteously and the price was good. No complaints. We will use them again when the stains reach an unacceptable level.
