Won't find a harder working and more caring group. Everyone has their share of Debbie downers but the ones who truly care make up for it, some people just don't like rules. Great place and I am glad my family is there, they take wonderful care of both of my parents and have for the past 4 years.

I have worked for this place 2xs. Not too long before the COVID 19 brake out it really started to get sketchy. It seems like the rules are always changing, and anytime I ask questions they get mad. I even had the educator hang up on me and didnt want to listen to me, kept cutting me off and talking over me. I was constantly told they were getting us more help on night shift but it always seemed like the new people went to day shift of the other rotation. Most of the office staff are rude, talk to the CNAs like children. And the kitchen hardly ever stocked snacks for night time.

This is based of a first time experience, I was called to come In for a interview not knowing how many covid-19 cases they had. Once I walked in the door I was greeted by a amazingly friendly HR lady who was a delight unlike her co-workers. I was offered the job once my foot stepped in the door since they are desperate for workers. I started my paperwork and as the day progressed it seemed very fishy about the job. Every question I had regarding health procedures for myself or anything regarding the virus was ignored and I received the same reply from a very RUDE CNA who's located in the office. The reply was to simply ask someone else. So no questions were answered during my 4 hour orientation. I received nothing but attitude from the CNA lady for four hours. She loved to talk down to all who were in the orientation as if noun of us had a right to ask questions. She also tried to put a needle in my arm without telling me what it was and why it needed to be placed in my arm. Everything was very sketchy. What CNA doesn't ask permission before trying to stick you with a needle. A little common decency would be appreciated especially from a CNA who has trained others as well. Long story short I declined the job for the simple reason noun of my questions would get answered,I rather not work with rude people especially if they tolerate the CNA's behavior, I'd hate to meet the rest of the staff that I'd have the pleasure of working with. I am also pregnant and not willing to put my unborn child and I in danger as their was 80 people in the nursing home with the virus and 32 employees who are still working their with the virus. (I googled them on break and found out) That's more then 100% chance of getting the virus. That is my whole reasoning for not taking the job and I don't suggest others work here unless they are VERY desperate.

Have someone in your family you hate? An uncle that touched you inaproperately during your childhood or a an abusive drunken dad?nDo they need a little karma in their elder years to get even before they saunter off to hell? Eldercare is the nursing home for you! Packed full of all the neglect and incompetence a for-profit healthcare system can buy!
