I've been an electrolysis client of Susan's a couple of years. She is meticulous and has a keen understanding of what will and won't work. Side note: if I had booked appointments more frequently, we would have wrapped up my electrolysis treatment by now. It works well.nnRecently, when I was thinking through laser hair treatment for a friend, we had a discussion around the 4 types of lasers out in the market. It ended up being the right solution for my friend, but she could explain exactly why. Impressive.

The very first words that came out of this Susan Curley mouth when o walked i to her office..is your so dark to get laser. And I was actually there to receive electrolysis treatment, I had told her over the phone that I have I have had laser in the past but I didn't feel like it was working so I wanted to try electrolysis. Not that I should have to explain my complexion but just so you can have an idea I am the same complexion of Gabrielle Union, so I don't know how dark that is in her opinion. She reluctantly took me in to be backroom to do to electrolysis treatment, all the while I could tell she did not want to treat me, she told me that she usually turns her Black customers away because the laser she uses is not for black skin. After the treatment I said well I look forward to seeing you regularly for treatments she said well I hope not, hopefully we can get you treated sooner, to me that indicated she did not want to have to deal with me at all. With all that being said I still went ahead and said could I make another appointment while I'm here and she hesitated but reluctantly when I had to schedule it. Obviously I've decided to cancel and never go back as she is the epitome of a very racist woman and I would never give her another penny.
