If they were bad before the pandemic now they are worse. Went to get gel nails done and I had a dip powder set to be removed and the lady just lightly dip them in acetone and then ripped them off (your supposed to wrap them in aluminum foil) but she just ripped then off like it was a band aid, I told her I was going to dip them in the liquid more because I didn't want to damage my nails. When it was time for my French manicure, I kept correcting the smile line, no matter how much you tell them to do something they will always end up doing whatever they want!
Love this place the person who did my nails was amazing he did what I wanted. it turned out really good.
A lady named Kim did my nails and I absolutely love them good customer service and does not rush on your nails I would recommend her.
There are only three techs there that can actually do the nails correctly. When getting a pedicure it's a rush job but still expect a tip. They have all options a nail shop has. Massage chairs, bathroom, and television to make u comfortable. Also they wax eyebrows and can also do lash extensions.
Good selection of polishes but for the price I paid for just a pedicure I would expect more than just a buff and polish.
