Ive been with Luu for ova 20yrs... yes I love her n glad to be a valued client for this long... You have to wait for LUU sometimes because she's on demand but well worth the wait.. The shop is comfortable, clean n they are really profrssional.. Speak up n clear n Luu tells the other ladies who do manicure n pedicures what you want n I've always left happy.. Yes her colors are outdated n she needs to upgrade.. Thats the only problem.. I bring my own fav color or choose from what she has...

Owner is very friendly and does the best she can. I believe the place may need a little makeover, but not dirty. As far as the nail polish, I agree that my manicure does not last, but I do dishes and cleaning at home. However, the pedicure will last two weeks. Language barrier is prevalent, but I can still communicate with owner. I have seen a few rude customers as well.

Nice people but terrible at what they do. My gel manicure cracked and chipped two days after getting it done, was a waste of money.
