I'm a loan officer in Austin, TX and have been working with Jennifer Gonzales for almost 3 years now. She is great to work with and will do whatever it takes to close. Whether the deal requires her to install a heater to pass appraisal guidelines or helping a buyer get a job to qualify, I have personally witnessed Jennifer in action. I had no problems when dealing with them but keep in mind that this is a small town where everyone is pretty much connected. If possible, get your home inspected by someone from Midland like I did. You don't know what kind of games people are running, esp. in these smaller towns.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. They are the absolute worst real estate agency I have ever worked with. The agent wanted us to give our personal credit scores to seller, on top of 4% more Ernest money that what is required. They do not care about appraisals or doing things the right way. I have bought and sold several houses and this was by far the most bizarre experience I have ever had. Do not use this agency or ever work with Priscilla. She will nickel and dime you when all you are trying to do is find a home.
