My sister and I both enrolled our children into Frenship school district this year. I took my child to Legacy and unfortunately my sister had to take her child here. The staff was RUDE, EXTREMELY unhelpful. When she walked in to enroll after being sent to several different locations the staff REFUSED to help her. They asked that she come back in two weeks. After taking off of work to try to get everything done a staff of 20 women ignored her request to enroll a child because they were too preoccupied looking at jewelry. After pleading to work with her they weren’t even efficient in doing their JOB! My sister is military, a huge oversight on their part. Claiming she needed to pay tuition, if the point of her being military wasn’t brought up by the PARENT that’s thousands she would have been out. Not speaking on behalf of all Frenship schools but this one needs to evaluate their staff and protocols. If they can’t simpy do paperwork how can we trust they will educate our children!!! Beyond outraged with how my sister was treated. There should never be a reason a single, military mom should be in an office crying for trying to get her child a head start on her education. This place was a disgrace!!!
