Make sure you stay away from realtor STEWART DEARDEN. Our loan officer was unable to get clear to close by the dateline of the purchase agreement due to COVID and Bank IT issues, and we fell out of contract because he declined an extension of ONLY 4 DAYS. However, we continued the process and were ready to close within 4 days. Now he is asking $12K increase in purchase price and is keeping the $2K earnest money. In addition, because of this individue’s lack of collaboration with his peers, my realtor that worked incessantly throughout the process , ended up not being paid. In my honest opinion, he seems very insensitive, unethical and unprofessional. Be aware!

Jim Mcewen refused to even call my realtor back after my above asking price offer on a house he was representing. No integrity, no ethics. At least have the Decency to Reject offers by the deadline. It's really not that hard.
