Worst experience ever. I needed a massage after the massage, just because of the checkout process.nThese people proceeded to charge my Visa $100 and then charge my spafinder giftcard only a portion of the $50 value. Proper protocol is to use the giftcard first. By the time it finally was straightened out, my anxiety was through the roof. Oh, and to top it off, I asked them to put the tip on the Visa and NOW they inform me they don't do that. Nowhere is that information posted, and not one person said anything to me, not on the phone or when I checked in to ensure I was prepared. I don't carry cash, therefore, I was not prepared for that. Then they wanted me to mail it in, I don't think so. Their loss!
