Supercuts is fighting Covid-19 with new procedures to ensure your safety. You can make a same-day appointment over the phone and are given an arrival time. The stylists sanitize their stations while you wait in your car. They call you when everything has been wiped down. There is a maximum of three customers at a time and every other chair is utilized. The bonus is that you have extra time with your stylist to make sure your haircut is exactly the way you want. Tip them well, they have less customers but more time with you.
She did a really good job. She was super nice as well

Don't go in here! They were extremely rude and racist towards me. I was asking a simple hair question and they asked me if I even brush my hair!!!!nThey humiliated me and embarrassed me in front of a very crowded salon. I was horrified it was a traumatic experience, I drove all the way back to Natick, where I am from, because I will never get treatment like this again. I'm fine spending extra money on a hair cut if I am treated human. Strongly suggest if you ever think about going to this supercuts, just cut your hair at home.
