While the initial employee that I encountered when I first entered the store was super helpful (hence why I chose two stars instead of one), the second was totally dismissive when I tried to ask her for help - she barely looked up from whatever she was writing in and was not personable or friendly at all. That was actually my first time at the particular location and I don’t think I’ll be going back. Locations such as that in Framingham have way more friendlier staff that will literally stop the world to help you find something.
Huge selection. Was able to find my wife the items she wanted for the holidays.
I love this place. The customer service is great.nBut I was alarmed how hot it was. I'm very worried for the workers. It was so hot I felt like I was going to pass out. It was a sauna, I called there corporate number, they were was nothing they can do. Kinda want to start a boycott until they get it fixed.
Love their makeup. It is the best stuff. I got eyeliner and eyeshadow great great great.
I love this store. When I need help with something someone is right there ready to help out. And they explain everything of how to use the products in different ways and using the products to help your hair or whatever you're looking for. I think it is a great store. And the price is good yes it is expensive but it is worth it.
