Mari Perez is my renter agent and this is the worst experience I've ever had! My ac went out last Friday. She said would take 3 days. That was 5 days ago it's been 8 days and I'm still without ac and there's kids in the house. Garage door guy took a week to come. Came on a Sunday in dress clothes and did absolutley nothing. He didn't even know what error code was. This agent is unreliable, unprofessional, and inconsiderate of her clients. I can't even leave a review on her page I wonder why. Avoid her at all cost. BYER BEWAREnUPDATE: It took 12days total for ac to be repaired and it was just the fan that went. This was a typical case of greed where just to save a buck on parts and shipping they made my family wait without ac in this 100 + degree weather all for not shopping around and using next day delivery. I know this because after 4 days of waiting I called a real ac company and they told me they could get the part in 3 days with overnight shipping
