Do not live here. Not only is it impossible to get a hold of anyone from management. It is way overpriced for the quality that you get. There are children running around everywhere with no regards to cars or other people. In addition if you have a patio area with stairs expect your neighbors to use your patio as an entrance to their apartment. There is no one enforcing mask wearing in the gym or other common areas.nWould not recommend anyone to live here.

Advice to anyone considering moving here, live in a townhouse or top floor - the negative reviews are true - noise, lack of oversight from management, etc, all true. However, the maintenance staff is great. Very responsive to service requests submitted through the app or “emergencies” that are called in.

Horrible experience!!! We got a water bill 2500$ because of the meter false reading and it took forever for them to solve the problem. We moved out and now they are charging us 1400$ for 5x10 cm damaged carpet area!!! I and my husband are both doctors and during the busy times with the pandemic everyone was so helpfull to us knowing that we have been working a lot except Windsor Gardens Management! They made everything more complicated by sending us bills for things that make no sense.nnUpdate- After tons of e mails back and forth main management was able to solve the problem about carpet after 1 month. So we did not have to pay the 1400$.

These places are total Monets. They look okay in the show unit and from the street, but have major maintenance issues no one wants to fix.nnOn-going maintenance issue for multiple weeks. Whenever anyone comes out to our apartment, they deny it is something they should be fixing, and deflects to another aspect of the maintenance team (General Maintenance says it is a plumbing issue, plumbing says it is contracting, etc.). No one wants to actually fix the issue. Utterly disappointing with service and maintenance of apartment buildings.

Started of with great amenities and services. But recently the management hasn't done a great job. No action is taken against residents who exceed the number of members in an apartment and as a result causing chaos to neighbors. Also, children running and playing in parking lots make it extremely dangerous to drivers. Apartments are in poor condition and as a result you can hear the neighbors arguing in the middle of the night
