I have used Jodi (and her assistant, Shari) to buy one home and sell two others. They have the knowledge, the temperament, and the experience to get the job done - all while taking stress away from their clients, because of how expertly they manage the buying and selling process. I have recommend Jodi to friends and their experiences mirror mine! A+ work across the board! The next time I find myself looking for a home in Massachusetts, I only have one call to make; Jodi Johnson!

The first time I met Jodi, she was the realtor of the person I was trying to purchase from. I’ve worked with her ever since. She is the one you want on your team. I can always count on her to tell me how it is. I never had to worry/think about much once we signed with her. She worked with me to sell my parents house while out of state. Set up lawyer who sent notaries right to their homes! She also sold their house approximately 7 minutes after it went on the web. She is extraordinarily professional & personable. You can count on her to represent your best interests, while relaxed knowing she will make the process as smooth as possible.

Jodi and Sheri made selling the in-law’s place as painless as it could be. They were right on board with how we wanted to sell and held firm when we needed them to during negotiations. The buyer was a handful but Jodi was able to keep the deal together.

Jodi was amazing, she really knows her her profession. I was a young first time home buyer and without her I would have been run through. Thanks to her knowledge and expertise I was comfortable knowing I had her on my side. She works with you and for you, does not try to force or rush the sale to meet her own needs. She had to deal with a less than desirable seller/realtor for me and did so while maintaining her professionalism and tenacity.nWould recommend her over and over again!
