So frustrated with this place, and I didn't even live there! I applied for an apartment, and then happened to find something at another property that was more in line with what I wanted. The application fees were hefty - almost double what most apartments require. That should've been a red flag. I admit I should've listened to my instincts and stopped the application process right there. But I didn't. Later, I had to send two email messages and make one phone call before someone finally responded to my request to cancel my application. And I was informed that *none* of the fees would be refunded. I knew some of them were non-refundable - I understand that's the price of applying and changing my mind. But I never expected them to insist on keeping all $300+. I can't believe I wasted my time and money like that. But I'm still glad I decided to cancel my application. If this is the way they treat applicants they want to lure in, I can't imagine how terribly they treat residents who are trapped in a lease!

Update* There is a new management team and they fixed our heater in two days after it broke instead of the two weeks we have become accustomed to. Granted they did not communicate with us when they showed up while we were at work, but the next day we were able to work it out. If the heater lasts longer than a month without breaking then I will change my rating on here back up to five stars. Here is hoping.nnOur heater has broken 5 times just in this winter. Each time the office lies to you about when they will fix it. You have to complain every day for weeks before they will do anything. And then it will break again in a few weeks. In summer the air conditioning unit is the same process.

Just moved !!!! After 1 year we couldn’t do more than that,,, If you are looking for very bad appartement in Haltom city you will very welcome here.nThe management are so disrespectful, to get your stuff done you have to contact cooperation,nThe manager with her team are sooooo disrespectful again ..... not professional at allnPlease do not rent this appartement, or you will regret so bad ,just a advice.

The customer service with this staffing in these apartments is what is missing today. Noel stops at nothing to make sure everyone is taken care of. Very professional and thorough. I highly recommend living here!
