Ranch at Fossil Creek

The new staff that took over in December of 2020 is rude, and unhelpful. The lack of effort and professionalism from them including the office manager is shocking to say the least. I’m doubtful that the email address I get from the copy and paste “Response from the owner” would be any better. I do not recommend.

We haven't moved in yet, but after spending 2 days interacting with other apartments agents, Cody is the best that I have come across- honest and efficient. The apartments amenities are great, and the pricing is agreeable. This is the first I've ever seen rock climbing offered at an apartment complex, and although I may never actually use it, it's a pretty neat add-on.nI will update this review accordingly after the first few months of move-in, but don't expect a expert review on indoor rock climbing.

The Ranch at Fossil Creek has become less appealing in the last couple of years. I believe Ruby & her new staff will continue to improve & will make much needed changes. DMC.

The management and staff are top notch. My experience has been excellent with this complex. Great location! Spacious apartment! Wonderful amenities! I had a slight issue when I first moved in but Manager rushed in to make it right. Highly professional and friendly team here. I definitely would recommend this complex for a new place to live.

Im usually not the type to leave reviews, but these apartments are just terrible. When I first moved in in April of 2020, there was so many issues. My toliet always gets clogged FOR NO APPARENT REASON, most of the light in my apartment weren’t working. My kitchen and bathroom sink clogged, my shower leaks water. My refrigerator stops working every now and then (it chooses when it wants to function properly), and lastly my oven don’t work but the maintenance guys says it does but I can never bake anything in it (I wonder why). We just got a new management team that is even more unhelpful and lazy than the first management team that we had. Crystal (leading agent) and Ruby (property manager) are the most unhelpful, rude and lazy people I have ever had to talk too. I called in a maintenance request this past week because my Toliet was clogged (Thats an emergency maintenance because I only have one bathroom) and these ladies didn’t tell the maintenance guy that so he thought I could use the other non-existent bathroom????? This place is a mess, and if your the type of person who likes things being done and done correctly PLEASE DO NOT LIVE HERE. Beware these ladies DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR NEEDS.nI have never been treated so badly, and I honestly can say that whoever these ladies are will not make it far in this business or in life.nNo matter how many rent deals this place gives, it won’t compre to the headache that these management teams give.nCrystal and Ruby if you’re reading this, I hope you lose business over this review :)
