We were selling our first home we bought about 8 yrs ago. I cannot emphasize enough how informative and helpful Brian with Sell Your House DFW was to us. Being new to this whole selling deal, in the age of fraud and dishonesty, I’m so glad we stumbled on this company. Our home needed a total facelift and repairs. I got an estimate done and researched. Figured a fair amount to us and buyer and he didn’t try to nickel and dime me at all. It’s so hard to come across honest people anymore. Brian and his company are definitely the rare people you want to deal with in this situation. Very responsive to texts and phone calls. He also deals directly with Alamo Title company out of Mansfield. They came all the way to our residence in Azle promptly and we signed all the paperwork. We opted for a wire transfer and after we signed everything, Christina went right out to her car and began scanning documents, from her vehicle, at the curb! We received a pending transfer in the amount agreed within the hour. I can’t thank you enough for making this process easy and calming. We closed within 10 DAYS!! We will definitely refer your services to everyone we know.
