We lived at Davis Park Apartments for about 1.5 years. The staff was friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests were attended to in a timely manner though sometimes it was challenging with the limitations imposed by the pandemic. The apartment is very close to freeways so it gives easy access to many areas in the metroplex. It's absolutely a value-for-money option.

I moved into these apartments October 2016. They were okay. Then in 2017, new owners took over. These apartments are excellent now. They were built in 1972, and have spacious rooms. Very clean and bug free. The new owners made dramatic improvements to the apartments and the property. Very quiet, friendly community. Office staff are attentive, prompt to respond to any issues, and go above and beyond to resolve any maintenance issues. I intend to remain a tenant here, for years to come. I know multiple tenants who have lived here for more than 10 years, and one has been here for 20. Located next to a beautiful biking trail, in a nice quiet neighborhood. Within 2 miles of Walmart and Winco. Dollar Tree right across the street, and Dollar General within 3 blocks. Plenty of restaurants, fast foods, pharmacies and churches nearby.

Been living here since March and have not had any complaints. The staff is awesome. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. I really love my apartment! I appreciate the new additions of the grills and gazebos. Also I love how they keep up with the landscaping and keep it nice and clean! It is an all around great place to call home!

We've lived at Davis Park for a few years now and really enjoy living here. They have recently added a dog park grills corn hole and gazebo area that is beautiful. Bethany is very friendly and attentive and the maintenance staff always comes promptly when needed. We haven't had a bad experience yet.

The management in this place was awesome and very interactive and made everything smooth easy very interactive way of managing the property and very responsive in every way that it could be described thank you so much for the nice stay we had it in your property for more than three years you were awesome team awesome individuals in every aspect we can describe your beyond description of how great your achievement was towards the residence Inn incredible way thank you Specially the melody she was one of the most elegant a personnel’s and individuals in the management team of the complex so it’s as she is really deserving all the credits that we owe to her thank you so much
