I just wanted to say when I went to tour the community it looked like it is very well kept up and well maintained. When I walked in the staff were very kind and eager to give me information on everything that I asked for. I toured with Ty who was amazing with showing me all the amenities and the apartment itself. I can't wait to become a resident!

Republic Park Vista is a wonderful community to live in! The staff is exceptional, friendly and always ready to help! The community is well kept and clean, and neighbors are friendly as well. We have a beautiful pool, lots of amenities, events and a dog park - I highly recommend Republic Park Vista!

I have lived here for about 9 months now and it is one of the most well-run apartment complexes I have ever lived at. Management is great about keeping everyone up to date on policies and keeping the property clean. Alex, Ty, Megan, and Erin in the office are always very polite and helpful, and the maintenance staff takes care of any issues very quickly. I have definitely enjoyed my stay here so far, and I don't plan on moving anytime soon.

Really nice apartments, my 2 room 2 bath has a lot of room! The manager Erin and her staff have been great! Property is kept nice and clean, huge patios at the units and a giant patio at the club house.

I have had the best experience since moving in. The community is very nice and quiet! The new Kroger across the street is very convenient!
