The staff is amazing and super helpful! Holly is the reason I signed the lease a year ago. She was honest, helpful and gave me an over all world class experience. Misty was also very kind and helpful with me transitioning out of the complex. Kim and London were always available to help and quick to respond to emails. Anytime I had maintenance issues, someone came within 1-3 days. The complex is very clean and well kept. Thank you staff at the Sovereign for all that you did while I lived in your complex.

Lived here Jan 2020 - Jan 2021nApartments are nice and kept up. Mgt called me twice to see if there was anything they could do to keep me, I moved out due to relocation for work. No problems for the 12 months. Convenient location on N Tarrant.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would ! Please Beware before even considering these apartments. They are EXTREMELY PICKY ON WHO THEY APPROVE . If you don’t have a high credit score your not getting any apartment. Not to mention the UNGODLY amount of fees you have to pay to even fill an application out . Manager Kim Florez will sweet talk you and complete misguide the situation and give false hope and information!

Lovely community with great amenities! Kimberly was really helpful during our home search and everyone else in the office were really welcoming! We had a lot of questions and Kimberly always had an answer and we appreciate her for being patient with us!

The staff here are so friendly. The apartments are beautiful. I absolutely love it here. I had a situation I had to deal with and Kimberly, Holly, and Misty were so gracious and helpful through every bit of it. I highly recommend this place not just for the sake of the apartments but the genuineness and friendliness of the staff. Make the Sovereign your home today!!
