We have rented with 1st Choice now for over a year and have had such a wonderful experience. Anytime we have maintenance issues they respond very quickly and have someone sent out the next day. Chris and his team are very polite and have always taken the proper procedures to keep us safe while working on our home. Highly recommend them!

We have been both tenants and property owners for over 10 years. We have used multiple popery management companies and 1st Choice Property Management blows them all out of the water. As renters we have been impressed with how quick they are to respond to any need we have for maintenance. We had a pipe burst during the 2021 winter storm and 1st Choice had a plumber at our home within an hour. Incredible!nAs a property owner I wish my property had been in an area where 1st Choice could have managed our property. With some property managers it feels like they are either more interested in supporting the property owner, or the renter. I believe 1st Choice is there to support both equally.nIt has been a pleasure to rent with 1st Choice for the past 5 years!

Amanda Collins was our agent when we decided to sell and buy our new home. She made the whole process extremely easy and stress free!! She had our home listed within a couple days and we received an offer a few days later. All of this took place over the Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday! We were in our new home within a month!! Amanda made the whole process enjoyable! I couldn’t imagine going through such a big experience with anyone else!! We love our new home!

Listen to all the positive reviews! They ain't lying! On a serious note, I am not one to take time out of my day to write reviews unless the business truly resonates with me, whether it be negative or positive. Since the moment of application, this company has been nothing but wonderful, kind, straight forward, helpful, and understanding with my husband and I. Especially after this year of crazy Covid turning our world upside down. We have really come to appreciate this team. We have been renting a property with them for over a year, as we are not ready to purchase a home yet and we never want to leave! Our property manager, Leslie, is super sweet. The maintenance manager, Chris, is awesome. These guys are so down to earth, friendly, and nice. Communication is always prompt. Payments and maintenance requests are easily dealt with on a user friendly app. I know this is a lengthy review, but I mean every word! If you are thinking of working with this company, DO IT!

As a homeowner looking to find a rental company to take care of my property- there is no better choice than 1st Choice. My husband and I do extensive research and found an amazing property management company. We were not disappointed! We had a few issues that needed fixing. Rob and Angela were on hand to take care of EVERYTHING! We really appreciated all of their help in navigating the unforeseen issues! When it came time to sell they also took care of that and provided an amazing realtor Amanda. She went above and beyond to provide a smooth transaction! I can’t say enough great things about the people who work at this company. They treat your house like theirs and as homeowners it gave us peace of mind.
