This “company” will do anything and everything to scam you out of your money and treat you as poorly as possible while doing so. They will also evade legal action by never answering calls or emails from your lawyers if you try to take any action regarding their maltreatment or the largely ILLEGAL actions of the company’s owner and landlord of all properties. He will not shy away from actively harassing you if you prove him wrong, and will go so far as to attempt to access your home without proper notice OR your permission to do so. We even have security camera footage of him threatening us after attempting to access the home while we were living in it without our permission or a proper 24 hour notice/request to enter the home. Absolute garbage! They are also rude, withholding, and try to charge you for any and every little thing while never sending a licensed professional to do any repairs on the home. Don’t use this company. They will rake you over the metaphorical coals with no remorse or regard to you as a person. They are also loudly anti military and abusive towards active duty personnel. If you are looking to rent from them, RUN AWAY!

Such an unfortunate company! I rented a home from them for 2 years. When I moved in there was a ton of damage from a previous animal (all blinds chewed, countertops chewed on the edges) and they attempted to blame me for this during one point! Thankfully I had photos dated from when I moved in. I had a leak in the roof/chimney for a year and the wall was about to bust in. No one ever responded to my initial message regarding it. Lastly, once I moved out I was charged $800 for “touch up paint”. They repainted the exterior of the home (wear and tear- it was a home built in the 90s) and I assume charged me for it! I requested an itemized receipt and no one would call/message me back after numerous attempts while being civil. I’ve decided to let it be, but I recommend renting from someone else. Poor landlords for a renter who paid on time every month for 2 years.
