I moved in 6 months ago, and I'm so happy with my place. They are amazing and the staff are very nice. The only thing I don't like is not having the gates working. I do like the changes I'm seeing they're doing on the outside.

Biggest issue we have with them is our lease ended this month, we have been in process of buying house since February and with covid19 everything was delayed with mortgage company and we weren't able to give much of a notice. We were told we couldn't just leave we have to pay for no notice. With it being beyond our control as to timing I don't think it's right. Also we tried calling office several times in April, no answer, no return call. We moved out 5/19/20 leaving balance of rent for May and deposits ($325+$500). Update 7/18/20. They charged us for water bill (paid) then another $53 (paid). Now they want another $1659. This place is a joke. Avoid it!

Love this place!! Lived her for 2 years and never had an issue. I loved my renovated apt, staff was hospitable, grounds were kept clean and the price was great. This is the best thing you can do for yourself if you want to love where you live.

Its good, the environment is very nice, nice staff, and neighbors.nWill recommend anyone looking for apartment here. Would like to see more speed bumps for people speeding since they cant obey the 10 miles an hour sign.
