Michelle and her team are absolutely amazing! They truly care about their clients and their buying/selling experience. Their knowledge of the area and their overall expertise helped me make the best possible decisions on selling and buying. Michelle gave me a lot of great make-ready-to-sell guidance helping me get my old house ready to sell. Becky did a great job staging my old house! Amy was so easy to work with on the sell transaction of my old house and Suzanne did a wonderful job helping me find my next home. I would (and do!) recommend them to everyone.

We absolutely were impressed with Michelle Stuart and her team at All Cities Realty. She is extremely knowledgeable and made the process of both buying and selling a home easy and stress free. She is a hard worker and was always willing to jump in and help in any way she could throughout the buying and selling experience. She took the time to really listen and understand our thoughts, opinions and vision for what we were looking for! Highly recommend using her and her team in any and all real estate matters. Recently tried to work out a deal on property being sold through All Cities w/ agent M. Ustanik., To say I got the run around would be an understatement. Made an offer, got rejected by seller/agent (to be expected), week or two later seller/agent came (SA) back with a counter, we accepted, week later SA reneges on their own counter saying he was worried about the wheat crop, a month or two later SA says they want to do the deal just close after July 1 and they needed new pre-close loan approval letter with the amount on the letter, letter provided, excuses taken away, SA comes back saying they've decided to hold out for more money. I knew the real estate business was flakey but this takes it to a new level, (at least for me). Suspect SA was shopping the offer? How far is a broker/agent willing to prostrate themselves just to make a buck?. Be careful with All Cities
