As a student this is a good place to live at. The buses from UTA come to the apartment and the walk isn’t that far from campus. This year the elevator started to work which was a bonus! Sometimes there are animal feces and pee in the stairwell but that’s kind of what you get from a pet friendly apartment complex. Management have been very active this year and are really engaging with their tenants! I have been living here for 2 years so it’s been good so far. I do wish they were stricter on pets because sometimes I don’t want to smell like poop when I leave the building. You will also smell the weed sometimes too. My unit/apartment is what I love the most because I rarely see bug sometimes none! It’s a decent size for what you pay for and everything is very nice.

I’ve been living at these apartments for about 5 months now and I really like living here. The rates are some of the cheapest compared to other apartments and it’s so close to the campus. The gates and doors lock so I feel safer and more comfortable living here. The 4x4 have a pretty spacious kitchen and living area who’s is super nice. The staff is nice and helpful when i’ve had questions or concerns. The only thing is that the hallways can get a little gross with spills or anything that but other that I have no complaints!

I’ve been here since August and have never seen anything like Maverick Place. Great rates. Helpful staff, great community. No complaints here but I do have one suggestion. Rain mats at the stairwells and entrances. The last week that it consistently rained, the stairs were completely wet and the hallways all throughout the building, away from any window or stairwells, covered with water. I saw people falling down the stairs and slipping in the halls every day that week. Huge safety hazard. Other than that. I love the building and have already signed for another year.

They are extremely helpful, I accidentally got locked out of my apartment bedroom after hours and with a quick text someone came within ten minutes and unlocked the door for me. I’ve had nothing but a good experience so far. The staff are attentive and helpful!

The apartment complex is really good for students and the staff is just amazing. Justin is by far the best office member ever! He is super sweet and is always willing to help :) They are really working hard during COVID to make the area safe and are taking great care of their residents! Love living here
