Steve has done an amazing job!! He told us exactly what he can do and he did it!! The first day we had an open house with him we got an offer. And his set up to attract the buyers to see the home was very professionally set up!! We got our home sold and bought another. WE EVEN CLOSED ON THE SAME DAY FOR BOTH PROPERTIES!!! Steven gave valuable information and explained in detail the documents and numbers . Big shout out to Tiffany as well who is part of the team and was very helpful. They are good people. Had the pleasure of working with a Steven buying our new build. In the beginning our process was smooth and he was just there for support. However, as the process got more challenging before closing he was able to dig in and get results. Great service, even though he’s a Kappa. Won’t hold that against him. Figure a person can make one mistake in their life
