I can’t speak highly enough of Susy Saldivar as our real estate agent. She was professional, knowledgeable, honest. She was..exquisite. Day 1: we spoke, she set us up with an online portal- preset to our exact “Dream Home” requirements. By the next day we were amazed how many listings we were getting sent to us. So many possibilities and Susy was ready to go. I felt nervous at the first house. Out of my comfort zone and intimidated. Did I make an offer- did I go high or low- did I even stand a chance? Susy could see that fear in me and gave me the best most inspirational pep talk. She said to not be afraid to offer once I truly wanted a home. From fear of a bidding war or cold feet. That if I didn’t absolutely love the house- then it wasn’t the one. She said “YOU’LL KNOW WHEN IT’S THE ONE.” The very next house.. was the one. She found us our forever home in ONE DAY. Susy helped us structure an aggressive offer with several adjustments to appeal to the sellers. She did it. She got our offer accepted the same night in a competitive seller’s market. We had inspection issues, appraisal issues, lender required issues- this was not an easy close. But it was easy for US. Susy did it all. She just handled every. single. thing. She negotiated- relayed the tough messages for us- communicated with all parties without fault. Her hard work and ethics are very much appreciated and respected. I’m a homebuyer! Dealing with Susy was one of the most life-changing experiences ever. Since the day we met her she has always kept us informed and been on our side every step of the way. Susy came very highly recommended to me and contacting her was the best decision I could have made for purchasing my home! She is very responsive whether it be a text, call, or email. She is incredibly knowledgeable and really took the time to talk everything out with us when we had any questions or concerns. Once we had a budget she did not waste our time showing us homes out of our price range or homes she knew we would not be interested in. We worked together and found the home we loved so quickly. From there she made it happen and kept is in the loop the entire time. Having the right realtor with your best interest in mind means everything and Susy is someone you can TRUST. She will not sell you a home you do not love.
