I had given Tractor Supply Willis, TX a higher score but I'm changing it because of their latest poor customer service. I was given a gift card recently by my daughter and I called in to check availability of the items I wanted. I used my gift card on line after verifying that they had everything. When I got there they did NOT have my order in store and assured me that my gift card was not charged but it WAS charged and I haven't been able to get the credit back for the charge. It is a 30 minute minimum wait for their Customer Care Dept.nUpdate: Finally got my credit so that's good but I would advise against buying a gift card from any Tractor Supply.
Tara Hinson , she is SO helpful. She was great and patient, I called to see if they had something i needed she looked anywhere she possibly could to make sure before I came in store. She was polite and didn’t make me feel like I was causing her any trouble at all. She was great and a pleasure! Is there a way I can fill out a review about her specifically?
Not a bad place overall. A couple workers could have been more pleasant. Seemed like they really didn't want to be there or care if anyone else was either.
GET MORE BASKETS!!!! I SHOULDNT HAVE TO FIND ONE EVERY TIME I WALK IN STORE! AND BE TOLD OH THEY ARE ALL OUTSIDE. IM NOT THE ONE GETTING PAID TO COLLECT THE BASKETS.
