Love the store! Good and varied selection of hardware, tools, pet and animal supplies and even decorative items. Lucky for me, they had a good sale on some of the nicest tees I have run across in a very long time. I got three of the softest shirts in great colors for $7.00 each! If all that wasn't enough, their sale bins in the front almost always have some juicy tidbit or another. There is almost always a quality tool of one kind or another tucked in there for a pretty good price. Overall, they aren't the least expensive or the most. They are likely however, to have something to either solve your issue or help you get by.
My family and I come here to the Castroville, TX location often and the staff here is always so kind and helpful. There is a younger guy (sorry forgot his name) always asking if we need help to take stuff out or load it. And, Ms. Kathie (Kat) who was beyond helpful when I called about an item ( a few timesud83eudd26♀ufe0f) and was the sweetest about it the whole time. Never once did she get annoyed or act rude. Good Customer service is the simplest thing but not always easy to find.
Go somewhere else the employee at this location are total incompetent an they never have in stock what is needed. Don't bother talking to manager he is as useless as his staff
This store is a large one... however it is ALWAYS busy especially now and some of their stock either is not out yet or they just run out quick.. love the size and options available just come early forsure
