I travel here all the way from Mattapan, and they are so thankful every time.nnI really feel like a Princess. They compliment me, ask about my day and how my life is going.nnIf I just want to sit and attend to business on my phone, they'll work quietly. Rose, Lily, Robert and Kim are techs I've personally worked with, and they're phenomenal.nnI've been going once a month for a year. I love watching HGTV as I get my services done, but the plexi glass from covid creates a glare.nnI like to make appointments, because I travel from so far, but if I'm ever late, they always adjust for me.nnI love my nail salon (you're a regular when they know your name, service, and the owner is your nail tech).nnThank you all!!
This place is the best! Kim does an amazing job, I won’t go anywhere else.
Very bad experience. The woman doing my nails was in such a rush my nails were not smooth there were dings in them. Once another customer comes in the rush is on to finish you and get to the next client. Also she left the powder all over my skin and told me to go home and wash my hands, real poor customer service. I would not recommend this salon.
My daughter brought in a picture of what she wanted and they rushed through and did something entirely different without asking us. She had paint on her cuticles and they looked terrible. She was so sad we stopped at another nail salon on the way home to have them redone. Added stress on what was supposed to be a fun mother daughter day. We won't be back.
