Amy is my girl...God blesses this woman for her sweet, compassionate, attention to details, availability, accommodations just to name a few things that makes this nail salon my number one place of choice. I have been going to Jody for about a year now, she is really nice and does everything to perfection. She is very accommodating and professional. I always get my lashes and acrylic done by her. She takes her time and does a perfect job. Just go in and ask for Jody you will be amazed!

One of the worst nail salons I have ever gone to in Massachusetts. This was my first time at this nail salon. I got a gel manicure, they looked decent when I left the salon. Within two hours of leaving the salon, one of them chipped. I went back to the salon the following day to get it fixed. The woman at the front desk was very kind, but the nail tech (Gen) who actually did my nails was extremely rude and disrespectful. She told me to come back in 4 hours or tomorrow because she was “busy”. I explained it was only 1 nail I needed to fix and I had no problem waiting for someone else to fix it.. she did not care. Then she proceeded to tell me if I “wanted” to get it fixed by someone else, I could but I would have to pay a fee. Not only was she not respecting the customer, but she also was huffing and puffing as if I was an inconvenience to her. I have never experienced such poor service and disrespect at a nail salon.
