Excellent ride on train. Staff very friendly and helpful. Made me comfortable and felt safe.
It is very easy to see the buses coming in and the staff and drivers are always friendly and helpful. Just tell them where you want to go and they will assist you in getting on your way!
AMTRAK IS ALWAYS DELAYED. Hours & hours delayed. Google Amtrak delays. You'll find article after article on why. It's unfortunate. If you do buy rail tickets make sure you get the insurance so if your so late you decide not to even go you can get your money back. Station itself seemed nice, up kept and staffed by friendly people.
They do well, but need to revise bus stop locations they only have so many and if the do they are very far apart, better maintance needed for signs some have fallen or not been put back up. So riders cant see where to go. Wish they ran on Sarurday most people are off and the weekend and do thier leisure activites then. It would bosst revune for company.
Been screwed twice by this train stop why can’t they seem to get there schedule right. If you are traveling from San Marcos to Dallas you are better off driving cause they are always late.
