Tried many times to get in contact with maintenance manager 'Bob', had no idea when tenants were moving out, kept asking to call back every time we called, when we would, he still had no update and never offered any other info. Never got a tour. Was very rude on the phone, Very unprofessional, very unorganized. Seems like these people have smooth brains, please do not try to talk to Bob, he is useless.

Drew Levey is the property manager here for Chestnut Place Townhomes, he is amazing !! Every e-mail I send, he responds so promptly and completes everything I’ve asked of him . Universal management is so lucky to have someone like Drew working for them!

Peaceful place to leave . Clean . I take 1 point because there no transportation.
