Love Ulta not the employees. Jen the manager is very rude and doesn’t care to help you. She also claimed I couldn’t get my money back only store credit but she was wrong. Thank god a different employee helped me. Jen should not be the manager or deal with any customers.

I love this place! I’ve been going here for a few years. Sam K. is my stylist and is fantastic! I've never left her chair unsatisfied. My hair is long, heavy, and thick and is very hard to work with. I've been to many stylists over the years, and none of them took the time to see what works, but Sam does. She's so patient with me and is a sweetheart. I just got my hair done yesterday and needed a change, so we decided to do Something different, and she was up for the challenge! I absolutely love it! ❤ufe0fnnI also love Simone, the stylist that works beside her. I'm there for a few hours every time because I Get color and highlights, and I have a ton of hair, but these two amazing women keep me entertained without fail! Both know their sh*t & I wouldn't go anywhere else ever. They work so hard to please clients!nnI highly recommend Ulta beauty in Foxboro! Ask for Sam K or Simone. The other girls seem great too. I just don’t know them as much. My experience as a whole in the salon has been stellar every time. I love the flow of the place in general. Everyone is wonderful. Natalie did my hair and was great. She was super nice, funny,knew her stuff and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Love my hair !

Had my hair cut by for the first time at the Salon at Ulta and Simone was my stylist! She did a phenomenal job and the overall experience was just as you would get in a regular salon. Simone was super friendly and thorough and made sure I was happy during every step of the cut. She ended by flat ironing my hair and I am absolutely in love with it! I already booked with her for 8 weeks out and can’t wait to go back!
