I have worked at Advantage Academy for 5 years and I have met the best people there. I have to say AA Wax gets better every year! I love my co workers/friends. The Principal, Mrs. Martin and Student Discipline Admin., Mr. Fitz are so awesome and super supportive. I also have 5 children that attend AA Wax and they love it. They have asked all summer about going back and tell me they miss their teachers and friends. Knowing that my children feel so comfortable there also makes me love AA Wax so much more!

I love the leadership at Advantage Academy in Waxahachie. Martin and Fitzpatrick are an amazing team. We have 100% teacher retention this past school year with two new hires. I love teaching here because it feels like a close family. The students are amazing.

Of course, as campus principal, I will give our campus a 5 star rating! The reality is we have such amazing students, families, and staff, that no one wants to leave. We are able to partner together for the whole child and it shows. Ask anyone on campus about the fun we have and the hard work we do! #aabuildingchampions #AAWAX
