The worst. Called on one of their listings that was placed on MLS with an Open House scheduled for the upcoming weekend. Was told there was an open house, which I knew and I should attend. The implication was that they were not showing until the open house. Day before open house, listing status changed to pending and open house canceled. No one has returned my calls or emails. Big surprise there. This is not the first time they have pulled somethhing like this. I suspect they have builder friends who swoop in early and they convince the seller it is a good deal. Far from it. I'm reporting them.
