I went to Privi on a whim 2.5 years back and have been going there regularly for my hair styling since. Joan is a sweetheart - professional, efficient, caring and just a lovely person. Karen has been amazing in her care and safety for her team and clients during COVID. I enjoy myself each time I visit Privi. Kudos to Karen, Joan and the rest of the team for keeping up the high level of service and smiling through it all!

Karen and her team are great to work with; very accommodating and professional. They worked with my daughter to address any concerns and feedback she had with the coloring she did at Privi recently. It's a small business that you can tell are proud of what they do and take customer satisfaction very seriously.

Karen Ricci is a fabulous stylist who specializes in both color and cut...She has years of experience, including training in Montreal, Canada. In addition to the skilled management of her salon she continues to share her expertise and training with others in her field. I've never met a kinder, more talented stylist who listens to her clients wants and needs. I often receive compliments on my hairstyle and I never hesitate to recommend Karen. You won't be disappointed......She is truly the BEST!!

I have been with Karen for over a decade. She is an amazing professional and I have absolute confidence in her. I am impressed by her entrepreneurial spirit and the spectacular business she has built in a short time. Her two young associates, Joan and Hannah, are simply outstanding. These two have been mentored by Karen, a well-respected educator, bring a youthful energy and enthusiasm to Privi ... rendering it simply the best of metro west!nnI felt compelled to leave a review tonight. My daughter was home from college and had a color disaster! Karen and Joan collaborated and the result was marvelous. Not only did they squeeze her in on the night before Thanksgiving but they stayed late and insisted on it being just right. True professionals!

Despite many disappointments before finding Karen Ricci, every color and cut I have received over 12 years has been excellent. Besides well trained stylists, this is a very well managed business that is very friendly to the user.
