My friend recommended Just Be - The Beauty Room in Needham for hair styling. I've been there three times already and couldn't be more happy with my results! I would give more than 5 stars, if I could. Effie is super talented hair colorist that I definitely recommend. I am always complimented, even by strangers, on my color and cut. Her salon is a very inviting place, it's so stylish and all atmosphere is so relaxing. I also felt completely safe with her sanitizing and social distancing process. She always has only one client and you get Effie's full attention. I can't wait for my next appointment with her!!!

This was a really wonderful experience to get a haircut from Effie. She turned my quarantine hair into a beautiful shape, look, and feel! It had been a while since I got a hair cut and she helped me figure out what would work well for me. And she was so personable so we had a nice time! I'd absolutely work with Effie again.

Effie, the owner is very professional, unpretentious yet undeniably cool and super friendly person! Her positivity is infectious! The salon is the place you don't want to leave, very classy and cozy at the same time. After over 10 years of going to get my hair done on Newbury st, I couldn't be more thrilled I found Effie! Just Be - The Beauty Room is one stop shop for beauty and photography. I receive top quality results with my hair for my best possible look! She is highly creative in making photographs eye-catching and appealing. Effie perfectly captured the personality and mood. Made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed! Love going to Effie to have my hair done. She has been doing my hair for the last 15 years. I never go anywhere else! My 16 year old daughter goes here now too. We both look forward to our time with Effie being pampered. She goes above and beyond , not just as a hairdresser but as a great person. Effie treats us like family not just as customers. Effie loves what she does especially making people feel special. She never rushes us in and out. Always takes the extra time with us to make our hair perfect. Both my daughter and I get compliments all the time aboutnour hair. I am so happy she has her own beautiful salon now and it is such a relaxing calm space. I look forward to an evening here to get away from the stresses of the world. I feel blessed to have Effie in our life and highly recommend her salon. One visit to Just Be and you will never go to another salon again!

I've been going to Effie for many years and absolutely love her new salon. Not only does Effie do amazing foils on me the blow out is the best. She never uses a hot iron on me the blowout comes out perfect. Effie is truly a genuine caring person who loves to make people look and feel good about themselves. I highly recommend Just Be you will come out feeling good about yourself.
