I have been going to Fernando Hair Design for many years. Fernando is no doubt the best. He always knows how to make you feel absolutely beautiful! The whole staff is extremely friendly and kind. There is nowhere else I would get my hair done. Thank you Fernando!!!!

I hate to even be writing this review....I’ve been going to this salon for 10 years. Most of the time I saw Kelly, other times I was with Elyssa. Both did outstanding jobs and are very talented in their field. I recently moved to Florida and after having taken a few months to get settled, I so desperately need to get my color done. I called today to get the formula so I could bring it to a salon down here to have them match it as best they can. Was told by Fernando that it’s their policy they don’t give formulas over the phone. Both Kelly and Elyssa knew for the last year + that I was moving to Florida and not once did they tell me to get my color formula before I left. I absolutely would understand if I was still local, Fernando doesn’t want me to bring it to a competitor, but I’m like 1,400 miles away and it’s impossible for me to come in person to get it. Just doesn’t seem right! Advice to all, if you like the color they do for you, get the formula in person the day of! This is not a way to treat a long time loyal customer! Thanks for showing appreciation for my business for the last 10 years, Fernando!

I have been going to Fernando Hair Design for 10 years now. I would not go anywhere else. The staff is professional, kind, caring and extremely talented. Everyone looks and feels beautiful when they leave. Absolutely give 5 stars and highly recommend them!

I called them and asked how much their full highlights are, the reception tells me it starts from $160 and I tell him that their website clearly states full foil starts from $100. He says oh our website is old we don’t really use it anymore. Not a professional way to answer my question or the matter. Not a good first impression; I won’t be going here.
