My mother and I moved in here last year and they've been great! My experience was smooth and easy with the property management and the on-site superintendent is a great guy! We'll be staying another year, but switching to one of the renovated units.

I moved in here a week and a half ago and regret it. Today they turned off the water all day with no warning and said they left a notice on my door the day before which I never received. When I called to tell them I had no water in the bathroom they responded with they would send someone the next day. At the price that they are charging, that is totally unacceptable. Rediculous!!

I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy; rent is way too high , with no accommodations!nWorst of all management takes grievances with a grain of salt.... Worst place I’ve ever lived!

Don't live there if you want a non smoking apartment/building. People smoke there and management does not stop people from smoking even though it is in the lease that you can't smoke. Had to move out within the year due to my asthma.

10 months after I moved here I received a letter that my rent was going to increase significantly...they have many vacancies and you would think that they would want to keep good tenants. The complex is beautiful and it saddens me that I will have to move.
