I moved here in 2011 for a year. Loved it so much I am still here. Easy living. Great area! The management team did everything they could during Covid to keep us safe and happy. They went above and beyond! Maintenance team is extraordinary. Friendly, professional and ready to help. I am grateful to be living here.

Avalon is a very clean and diversified community. The community is multicultural and a low key stay under the radar safe place to live. I love the location. I like the fact of living close to the highway. Makes my commute to work easier.

Love the staff and the accessibility to dining, shopping, highways and the commuter rail. The property is kept in great shape given the age. The office staff is top notch especially Brian who always keeps us in the loop on current community events.

I have to say Brian M. Is amazing! talk about making you feel right at home :)nHe's build such an amazing friendship with my kids, always willing to go above and beyond to help you with any concerns you may have . My 12 years of residency has been amazing and I thank Brian M and staff for being a part of my great experience at Avalon. I'll miss you allnnNadege L & family :)

Love the Avalon here at Station 250 . I moved here about three months ago and if this is heaven on earth then I will be here forever! My neighbors are awesome and the management are really nice and professional .I really love living here and I enjoy the consistent communication from management and I am so happy to be here. The community is always kept really clean and it feels like a nice safe environment. I am proud to be a resident at Avalon Station 250 .
