Joe and the Watson team were excellent!! From the first phone call to the signing of both the sale of our old house and the purchase of our new home, the Watson family was on the ball! I would highly recommend Joe to anyone looking for a very easy and smooth transition for both selling and buying a home. Very professional and has many expects that he works with from top notch photographers to professional house staging companies to help the sale of your current home. Joe Watson is a wonderful, hard working real estate agent. He helped us sell our old townhouse which was a very challenging property. We could only accept a cash buyer and didn’t like the low offers from real estate agencies looking to buy low and flip it. He was diligent and persistent and listened to our opinions with patience, support and expertise. He worked his magic and found us a buyer who came in above asking price! We were thrilled!nnHis assistant, Rhea Hoch, was so attentive and helpful. She was speedy in her responses and an invaluable addition to the team.nnI highly recommend them without reservation!

Joe and his team are so great to work with. My house hunt was over 2 years this time as the market was so hot but they were patient and available on short notice to view houses. When open houses went to appointment only due to COVID I relied more heavily on them and they did not disappoint! This was my second purchase with them and I could not be more pleased with their service. They also helped me list and rent my condo with ease and much success!

Mary Ann and Joe are wonderful to work with. Mary Ann’s knowledge and friendly nature make working with her such a pleasure. She sold our house at the first open house for over asking price.
