Brandy Lee was the best Real Estate Agent anyone could possibly have.nShe was professional, knowledgeable and caring. Buying a house can be difficult but Brandy's exceptional professional service made the process easy. She was there every step of the way answering any questions promptly with grace and patience. We were buying from out of state and she familiarized us with the area. When we visited she spent time with us touring the area and surrounding communities and provided us with all the necessary information so we could make an informed decision. Her insight and knowledge of the Real Estate market proved to be invaluable for us and helped to make the right choice in the purchase of our home. Throughout the entire process she was on top of everything, the contract, inspections (she provided a list of several alternatives), closing, etc., and followed up to make sure everything was done correctly. We recently moved to Tennessee from CA which is no small move. Brandy began searching for a house for us which made it alot easier once we arrived in the area. Brandy is an amazing communicator and the consumate professional. We had a number of houses to look at when we arrived. Our search for a new house took only two days because of her previous work. She helped us through the entire process until closing. She is gracious, knowledgeable and pays attention to every detail.
