My husband and I worked with Donna Rayburn at Big Dog Group in Fairview. She is patient, kind, thorough, knowledgeable, experienced, calm and reassuring. She was able to expertly guide myself and my husband as first time home buyers seamlessly through the process. We never felt as though Donna had any other clients because she was there for us 100% every step of the way - and was always one to two steps ahead of us in helping us prepare for the next hurdle in the home buying process. Something I really appreciated about Donna was that she had the experience to explain all possible outcomes from any particular point in the process and fully allowed us to be in control of our home buying transaction. She armed us with all the information and we made the decisions. She never ever put any pressure on us to do anything, ever. It was the most wonderful experience and we are eternally grateful to Miss Donna and will recommend her to absolutely everyone we know who is looking for a realtor.

Rental experience: Renting from this company was less than professional. When I had a question it took over a month of emails, phone calls, and in person stop to get questions answered. Several times Jon Cherry cited lease agreements for things that were highly unprofessional including last minute showings while I was moving out during Covid unmasked and with more people arriving than was communicated. I would not rent from them ever again.
