The staff is really sweet and attentive. They didn't have a matching color for my toes since I got dip nails but they layered some colors and got as close as they could. I highly appreciate all of their efforts and their spunk.
This was not a good experience. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes for full set of SNS nails. The individual who helped me this evening was obviously in a rush to leave. It would have been better customer service to tell me it was not a good time and to come back at another time rather than giving sub par service. Customers make businesses and with the times as they are, it is important to recognize the importance of good customer service.
New to Fairview and was looking for a new nail salon. A neighbor recommended yall and David did my gel manicure. He did a FANTASTIC job!!! Definitely will be back! Thank you
Every time I go in there they are disrespectful and rude to me for no reason. They are friendly to other guests including my sister, however the 2 times I've been in there they were disrespectful. I will not go back.
Apparently it’s acceptable in this establishment for employees to be rude and do a bad job on top of that. My sister has one set of nails longer than the other, and she dealt with a nail tech snapping at her. No one we know will ever go back to that nail salon. Nails Envy techs do a better job for a lower price, and they’re extremely nice and professional.
