Ritter Communications

Most reviews are always negative because only unsatisfied people will take the time. I’ve had nothing but good service and professionalism from Ritter. Any time I’ve had a problem they were quick to remedy the situation. And now they have removed data limits. Great company. Usually any problem I’ve had is because my hardware is outdated. A+ from me

Internet went out Wednesday the 09th. Called and made a service request. No show. Called back Thursday evening talked with dispatch. He assured someone will be out Thursday evening. No show. Called Friday and had another ticket started and was told they are extremely backed up because of equipment issues. Well it’s Sunday the 13th and still haven’t seen a Ritter guy yet. I can not wait for the new internet company to finish up so I can dump this sorry company once and for all.

Paying $130 a month for internet that goes out at least once a week.... We need a new internet provider around here.

Recently moved and found out this is the only option for the area. The prices are 2-3x higher than other providers. They don’t offer self installation so you get to pay 50 dollars for that and they aren’t able to come for 2 weeks! They are not knowledgeable on what they offer. Autum told me ATT and Xfinity can’t offer up to 200mbps; however, xfinity does offer it & faster for half the cost. Anyone can look it up on the website. Not impressed & definitely would go with another option if I had a choice. Do not move to Atoka if you don’t want to deal with this.
