As good as our other utility companies. Great service friendly staff
This is for the utilities department of city hall. I had set up automatic payments a month and half ago for my water bill. I did not receive any phone calls or correspondence in the mail that my bill was late and they cut off my water right before business hours ended. I don’t have any words to describe the incompetence.
