This Place Provided Excellent Customer, a young lady by the name of Selena Brewer was really Polite, friendly & possesses exceptional Customer Service Skills, The whole staff was Polite and respectful. I also would like to note that another young lady, Virginia Matthews Provided Excellent Customer Service and I was really nice and Professional. It's been a long while since I've Experienced a True Quality Experience, such as this one; as a result I Give them 5 Stars and an A+

This was a TERRIBLE property. Wyndham should be embarrassed to have their name stamped next to it. Nashville hotels were booked that evening. My only option through hotels.com was this dive. I had to go through hotels.com because no one would ever pick up the phone at the Ramada. That was a mistake because I couldn’t get reimbursed. I walked in and immediately, the obvious details like the paint & carpet, you could tell had seen better days. The paint was peeling and the carpet smelled moldy. The baseboards around the elevator were chipping. I lined up to check in and there was only one lady behind the desk. I tried checking in 03/26/21. There were probably about 6 people ahead of me when I got there and within 10 minutes there were probably 20. Only about half were checking in, the other half came down from their rooms to complain about missing pillows, cleanliness etc. one couple told me that they were leaving because of the state of their room. Broken outlets, lights that didn’t work, toilet that didn’t flush. Outside there was no one to facilitate traffic. It was like bumper cars as you pulled in. There was more traffic in that little area than downtown Nashville it seemed. Finally after waiting for about 15 minutes my wife, daughter and Mother in Law decided we were going to leave and it would be better if we just slept in our cars since hotels were all booked that weekend. As messy as my car is it was spotless compared to this dive. I should have left my Mother in law behind but I do have a heart and I couldn’t do that to her. As much as I don’t want to be around her, this place was just too dirty to leave anyone behind. Wyndham needs to tighten this place up or demolish it and start again.

Very clean room ...smells like bleach... and I would stay there again. However... not a single towel, washcloth, etc. in the room....nthe microwave is plugged into a dead outlet... no tissues or extra TP... no blankets on the bed.... no breakfast or coffee although the reservation said it would be there.... no apology when I had to seek out the towels.nClean, but needs a paint job. It all depends what matters to you.

The hotel was very dirty and even had roaches in the pool and surrounding area. The bed was so noisy that no one would be able to sleep in it. The shuttle wasn't running and I understand that but it was never disclosed to me until we arrived. Roaches were even visible crawling on the wall beside the elevator. Asked to use the hot tub which appeared to be working but was rudely told it was out of order. All the ice machines said that the ice was only available on the 4th floor. The vending machine on our floor was turned backwards so that it could not be used. Inquired about a new room due to the bed being so bad. Was told they could show us another room but would not guarantee that it would be any better. Was told by front desk clerk that all the beds were the worst. We only used this room to change our clothes in 2 times. Was not in the room for more than an hour. Asked for the manager to call us approximately 4 times and our call was never returned. Filed a complaint with corporate and request a refund. They told us that due to us booking through a 3rd party online that we would have to get our money back from them. Contacted that company for a refund. They contacted the hotel and then informed me that the hotel did not choose to issue a refund. The manager is horrible at customer service. The hotel is full of bugs and very filthy. There are light switches that are just hanging out of the wall. Horrible customer service. I chose this hotel because i had stayed there in the past but that was before Ramada took over and ruined the hotel. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!
